ONLINE STORE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Online stores are a mutual agreement between your organization and King Screen.

King Screen will create and host the online store, secure the apparel needed, and produce the printed apparel. King Screen will also handle preparing the completed bulk or individual orders, including shipping, as needed. 

Stores are limited to 2 designs and 8 total products. 

Stores will remain open for a minimum of 2 weeks. Once the open/close dates have been selected, they can not be changed so as not to delay production.

Stores are not reopened without resetting the minimum order requirement. 

All items will be printed and shipped within 2 weeks from the end of the store’s closing date.

Payment will be issued via PayPal 3-5 days after the store closes, or by check 2-3 weeks after the store closes.

King Screen assumes no liability for errors made by you or your customers, including:

• Sizing errors (i.e. customer puts in the wrong sizes)

• Shipping and address errors (i.e. customer inputs the wrong address for delivery)

• Non-defect customer dissatisfaction (i.e., customer does not like the color or material)

Misprints or missing items must be brought to the attention of King Screen within 4 weeks from the close date of the store. A misprint is defined as a defect caused by a production error.

No refunds, exchanges, or returns on items purchased from the online store.
