Terms and Conditions:

MINIMUMS:
Designs with 1 to 3 colors in a single location, the minimum order is 24 total pieces per design.
Designs with 4 or more colors in a single location, the minimum order is 48 pieces per design.
Minimum for process (CMYK) printing is 48 total pieces per design.
Minimum order for inside tag printing is 48 total pieces per design.

ARTWORK:
Artwork must be submitted following these guidelines: http://kingscreen.com/artworkrequirements.htm Artwork creation is charged at an hourly rate of $25.00/hr. One hour minimum. This hourly rate applies to any changes made to artwork that is not submitted within the required guidelines. All provided artwork files are kept on file for reorder purposes only. Created and recreated artwork and artwork files remain the property of King Screen. Vellums, Films and Screens remain the property of King Screen and may be disgarded without notice.

ARTWORK APPROVAL:
All new artwork or copy changes are approved via digital proofs sent by email.

Maximum print size is 11" x 17"

WE DO NOT OFFER JUMBO/OVERSIZE/ALL-OVER PRINTING.

Full Front: 11" x 16"
Full Back: 11" x 16"
Left Chest: 4" x 4"
Short Sleeve: 4" x 4"
Long Sleeve: 4" x 14"
Leg: (sweatpants) 4" x 14"
Inside Tag: 3" x 3"

Artwork will be sized to fit on the smallest garment in the order.

SET UP & SCREEN FEES:
There are no set up or screen fees.

INK COLOR CHANGES:
Ink color changes are $15.00 per color per change.

PAYMENT:
All orders must be paid in full prior to production. Accepted payment types are cash, credit or debit card. No checks or money orders are accepted. All credit and debit cards are processed using PayPal's secure online invoicing service. A PayPal account is not required to pay the invoice. Payment of invoice will act as approval of invoice and digital proof even when no other verbal or written approval has been given.

CANCELLATIONS:
Orders can not be canceled after final approval and payment.

TURNAROUND TIME:
Average turnaround time is 7-10 business days from time of invoice and proof approval and receipt of payment. Turnaround time is based on customer needs and current production schedule. This turnaround time is not guaranteed. If an order is time sensitive, it is suggested to allow at least a full week for production. Orders are scheduled on a first come first serve basis. Orders over 500 pieces may require more time. Turnaround time begins upon approval of invoice, proof and receipt of payment.

RUSH ORDERS:
Rush orders are available within 48-72 hours at an additional cost of 30% in additon to the final total of the order.

SHIPPING:
Orders requiring shipping will be shipped using UPS Standard unless otherwise requested. Shipping time is additional to turnaround time. Please consider this when placing time sensitive orders. Customers wishing to use their shipping account must make note during order placement.

REORDERS:
Reorders are subject to minimum order requirements.

SAMPLES:
Printed samples are $100 per color plus garment cost.

GARMENT AVAILABILITY:
King Screen reserves the right to substitute garments of comparable brand and/or color when customer's request is unavailable.

PHOTOGRAPHY:
All production is subject to photography and/or video documentation by King Screen for but not limited to advertising and demonstrational purposes unless otherwise instructed.

OVERAGE & UNDERAGE:
Due to unpredictable and unpreventable circumstances in the production process, mistakes can be made. All orders are subject to a +/- 3% misprint ratio. While it is rare that misprints will occur, it is common practice in the printing industry to maintain this policy. If an exact number is required, please include a 3% overage in your order.

CLAIMS & RETURNS:
All claims must be made within 72 hours from receipt of order. Please email info@kingscreen.com immediately if there are errors or problems with any order.

DISCLAIMERS:
King Screen is not responsible for variances in size/color/construction of garments. Inks and garments can vary in appearance depending on brand and post-production care. Garments with foil, metallic inks or other specialty embellishing should be washed inside out to maximize washability and longevity of the print. King Screen reserves the right to refuse service without explanation. King Screen reserves the right to change pricing and terms without notice.
