What are your set up and screen fees?

We do not charge any set up or screen fees. The price you see is the price you pay!

What is your minimum order?

Our minimum order is 24 pieces per design.
For 4 colors or more, minimum order is 72.

What's your turnaround time?

Orders are typically completed in 3-5 business days.

Do you offer affordable rush jobs?

Yes! Rush jobs can be completed in 24-48 hrs. for an affordable rate. Email us if you require rush work.

What art file types do you accept?

Vector art files are always best. .AI, .EPS, .PDF are most preferred.
We also accept .psd, .jpeg and .tiff.

Make sure all non-vector (pixel) files are at least 300dpi.
All font layers are rasterized or converted to outlines.
Please make the image the exact size you want it printed.

Can you design my artwork for me?

Yes! We offer very affordable graphic design. Please email us for more info!

Can I mix and match shirt colors and sizes?

Absolutely! We can print as many of each specific size and color as you need.

Can I supply my own garments?

Absolutely! Please email or call for a custom quote.

What payment options are available?

We accept online payments via credit or debit card.
Personal checks are not accepted.

Cash is only accepted for local pickup orders.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped via UPS.
