What are your set up and screen fees?
We do not charge any set up or screen fees. The price you see is the price you pay!
What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order is 24 total pieces per design.
Process (CMYK) printing minimum is 48 total pieces per design.
What is your maximum print area?
Our maximum print area is 12" x 18". Average center chest print is 11" wide.
Please keep in mind that artwork must be sized to fit on the smallest garment size in your order.
We do not offer over-the-seem, jumbo or "all over" printing at this time.
What is your turnaround time ?
Orders are typically completed in 5-7 business days upon approved invoice and payment.
Turnaround time is based on your needs as well as our current production schedule.
Do you offer affordable rush jobs?
Yes! Rush jobs can be completed in 48-72 hrs. for an affordable rate. Email us if you require rush work.
What art file types do you accept?
Vector art files are always best. .AI, .EPS, .PDF are most preferred.
We also accept .psd, .jpeg and .tiff.
Make sure all non-vector (pixel) files are at least 300dpi.
All font layers are rasterized or converted to outlines.
Please make the image the exact size you want it printed.
Make sure your artwork file(s) follows these GUIDELINES.
Can you design my artwork for me?
Although we are printers first, we do offer very affordable graphic design.
Please note that this may increase turnaround time.

Can I mix and match shirt colors and sizes?
Absolutely! We can print as many of each specific size and color as you need.
Can I use my PMS / Pantone Colors?
Currently we do not offer PMS/Pantone color matching. However, we will do our best
to mix the custom color requested as closely as possible. There may be slight variation in final color.
Can I supply my own garments?
Absolutely! You can find our print-only pricing here.
What payment options are available?
We accept online payments via credit or debit card.
We do not accept checks.
Cash is only accepted for local pickup orders.
How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped via UPS.
We can use your shipping information upon request.
